Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Initial shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. Any damaged returns will NOT be accepted, please be sure your items are returned in protected and secured packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any shipping and handling fee will not be refundable. Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please keep your proof of purchase and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
If your purchases are returned for any of the following reasons:
- an address is incorrect or missing valid information,
- the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
- order is refused by the customer at delivery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return costs for all damaged items or wrong items will be covered by us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Bodysuits swimwear, undergarments, accessories (sunglasses, jewelry, belts), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for any items with signs of wear, which also includes scents, stains, or deodorant.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are not available. Returns will only be offered store credit only.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit.
Please remember it can take some time to process and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be issued.

We are required by custom authorities to state the value of your order on your packaging. Please be advised that all applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the customers sole responsibility, and we will not be responsible for any reimbursements. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Please note, business days does not include Saturday or Sunday or holidays.
All pre order items will be shipped once we have it in stock. Shipping times will vary, and the estimated shipping will be included at checkout, and is not a guaranteed shipping date.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once package is shipped, you will receive tan email notification and tracking information, we will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or deliveries made incorrectly. We do not issue any refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by courier.

RETURNED TO SENDER – REFUSED PACKAGES
Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If the address entered is incorrectly during the time of purchase, we will not be able to make any corrections to your address.
Packages returned to us as deemed non-deliverable or refused by customer will be refunded as a store credit (minus original shipping costs). Customers will be responsible for the cost of original shipping charges. We do not offer any refunds.
We will make all efforts to ensure your order is shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe, once orders are shipped, they are out of our control. We will hold or accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged, lost in transit, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
